The factory complex built by SIP-headquartered Lansi Technology in SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone received the Project Completion Acceptance Recordation Form and the Real Estate Certificate on July 15, and production was launched in the complex on the same day. It is the first benchmark project in SIP to receive these documents and start operation seamlessly.

The project, comprising four multi-storey plants with rooftop parking spaces, is typical of “vertical industrial parks”, which refer to high-rises used for industrial manufacturing and related operations for the purpose of optimizing efficiency of industrial land utilization.

Thanks to the parallel pre-review mechanism adopted by SIP Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau and SIP Real Estate Registration Center, the company received the documents mentioned above on the same day after submitting the required application in one go. 

Moreover, the optimized acceptance review process for construction projects, featuring stage-by-stage inspections and moderately easy policy on application documents, has allowed the project to be put into operation immediately after its completion.
